Great location and amenities for a road trip! Went with family and kids loved the swimming pool. The only feedback was that the wifi wasn’t the greatest. Overall I enjoyed our stay! We had one room deluxe and the other an apartment. The deluxe was newly renovated and was very comfortable. All rooms open into the swimming pool which was very convenient. Thanks for a great stay and easy check-in and out process!

Accidentally booked the incorrect dates within 24 hours. Called the hotel to tell them I'd made a mistake and apologised. Reception staff were incredibly rude and not in the slightest understanding. Wanted to charge us the full rate when I would have happily paid a cancellation fee. We have Covid and couldn't even have made it if I wanted to. Think some people put their business and fees well above being a decent human being. We will be travelling on dates that they could have very easily amended our booking for. Such a shame. I don't recommend booking here.

The stay was alright but I’m not going back and would not recommend this place.I stayed there for one night and the next morning I noted that someone had smashed the back bumper of my brand new car that was parked in the hotel car park. As soon as I saw this I asked the hotel management if they could check the cameras and let me know if they could see anything. They said the cameras are not working and they hadn’t been working for awhile. This is not a safe practice from my point of view, what if someone breaks in.No one tried to help me and they did not even come out to have a look at my car.Very disappointed and would like to share my experience with the others.

We stayed over night coming back to Sydney. Room was lovely, clean and bed comfortable. The lady at front office was nice and pleasant.Only thing was water pressure was weak in shower, but was lovely and warm.I googled for accomodation, and this looked nice. Just a bit away from restaurants. But overall for an overnighter , great.

We were returning customers. It's a well connected motel. Rooms are neat. Customer service is good.

We arrived out of hours but we called and they left the keys in a hidden spot for us. For that they deserve 5 starts! Thanks!The room is big and had a pull up bed that we use for my kids. The room was updated recently so everything was nice and clean. Bathroom is a bit old but works perfectly. Just watch the location because it was a bit out of our way but it end up working well.

I gave it a 3 star mainly for the fact that one of the mornings we couldnt use the shower due to rising drain water after shower running for 30 seconds. I notified reception and requested for someone to take a look. As annoying as it was, i understand sometimes these things just happen. The next morming i experianced the same scenario which was now very inconvinient. I asked if another room was available to shower and reception advised that all rooms were booked. I was also told that they advised cleaner to take a look, which i thought was strange. I needed to wait for manager or owner? to come past and plunge the drain. This experiance would make me look at other venues next time unfortunately.

Value for money accommodation. Front desk and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. :)

Rude staff, horrible beds, thin walls, unclean and potentially cameras in room.While the room appeared clean at first, once we went to use the cups and spoons they still had lip marks and smudges. Dropped an earing which required me to look under the bed and it had dead bugs and old food covering the floor.We could here everything in the rooms next door due to paper thin walls which made us feel that we had to spend our stay speaking very low to ensure we didn't disturb others.The beds were so uncomfortable we had to get our camp mattress out to use instead after hours of tossing and turning.In the morning during check out time, my kids walked to look at the bbq area only to be told to shhh people are sleeping!" by staff who had actually been quite loud themselves since about 7am and using a supermarket trolley to clear bedding
