We discovered this week our washing machine was heading for the tip, and so on Friday 30th October I rang Harvey Norman Temora. I spoke to Phillip, who very kindly walked me through just about every top loading washing machine in the store. After quite a long time I was able to make my purchase, which was delivered by Dale, who was also very helpful, taking me through all the settings as well as test running the machine.My husband and I just wanted to thank both Phillip and Dale for making the experience so easy and pleasant for us.
