It is the worst shop I have ever experienced in my life. I purchased a laptop which was faulty. Then I exchanged it. But that was faulty too. Seems like a bunch of frauds sitting there to sell faulty products. This shop of harassment caused me much trouble and wasted lots of my valuable time already. I suggest you guys to be careful to select store. JB hiFi is a good store and I have good experience with them.

Terrible experience! Such a shame, I’ve bought half the stuff in my house from here. Unfortunately, I will try and avoid future purchases from now on.I had to fix my recently purchased Breville Barista Pro, I call everyday and get the same response ‘ Let me call the repair man and get back to you’. It’s been 5 days and they still haven’t called back. They promised a resolution date and that day has also passed. I am lost for words, how can a reputation company operate like this. I will be forwarding my complaints to head office.

Thank you to Daniel in the furniture department for helping us select our new lounge suite. Excellent service from Daniel and a great choice of lounge suite. We love it. Also a big shout to the Kiwi family who made the delivery and assembled the suite.

We went into Harvey Norman to look at ceiling fans, where we were assisted by two Ladies by the names of Sandy and Pierre. They both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the items we planned to purchase.

$80 for delivery and we were only delivered half a bed! Had to drive to the warehouse to pick up the rest. Harvey Norman should have offered a refund or discount on the delivery.

Bought a TCL TV 2 months ago, and knew it was faulty within 15 days of purchase. They asked to contact TCL. We contacted TCL and now its been around 2 months, they keep passing the issue to one another. Very frustrating and disappointing service.
