The flowers were beautiful and she included fruit and wine as asked but unfortunately sent them to the wrong address which was over 10 mins away from the address I gave her and she forgot to include a $20 Woolworths gift card which I had purchased and sent to her and asked to be attatched, a little disappointing considering I spent a decent amount of money here

Extremely happy with bunch of flowers.Paid for LG size and the LG was EXTRA LG.Always happy with all their flower arrangements. Absolutely stunning!

The Flowers are lovely when they eventually arrive. Would suggest going into the store instead of ordering online.Guessing they have issues with the online store ,telephone line and email as it was very difficult to reach someone to find out my order had someone been missed and not delivered.Probably okay to deal with in store but connections outside of that seem to have issues.

After placing an order on the 13 July, 2020 9 days before needing my flower order (for my daughters birthday) 23/7/20 I waited the entire day, which is the 22/7 it’s 6:28pm & still no arrival.. I rang at 11:30am was told my order would be here at 4:30pm. No call, no Order.. my Order has been fully paid for & no flowers.. NOT HAPPY over $100 spent where r my Flowers.

Lovely flowers and friendly service. I bought 6 roses for my wife for our wedding anniversary and the nice young lady put some white flowers and some greenery in with them at no extra cost, and gift wrapped them too!

This place was really nice the flowers were fresh and colourful. The lady that served me was very pleasant and friendly. I got a bunch of flowers made for me the pricing was reasonable and she catered to my needs quite well. I wanted red and white flowers and I helped picked them in what I wanted she delivered excellent customer service. The store was clean and fresh the lighting was good and the displays of flowers were well organised. I loved the shop and the overall experience was excellent. 5 stars!

Be very careful my flowers were left at my door this morning in the hot sun. I dont think its apppropriate as its summer and valentines day, maybe a note couldve been left? there is no where to leave a review. I will post to google also. Thanks.
