The Beauty & Brow Parlour Tarneit Central

Both myself and my sisters have been a regular customers to the store since it opened. I had never had a horrible experience until the last couple of months since new staff members have come in. It has been unhygienic and the staff have had little to no customer service. One of the staff members have coughed, sneezed and burped onto my sisters face not once, but twice. On my recent visit, I had an upper lip wax and an eyebrow thread clean up. The hair on my upper lip was not removed properly and my eyebrows were not completed to the standard that I've had in the past, when I confronted the staff member I was yelled at and did not receive any kind of apology for taking off more than half of my eyebrow.

Inconsistent service, you’re lucky to get any at all. During quiet times even then there is no customer service and verifying if the customer’s needs have been met. Some staff are not professional.

I always get my eyebrows done from here. This place gets really busy, but Jyoti is always managing the place so well. I get waxing done too and she’s always so sincere towards her clients. She goes out of her way to ensure that her customers are happy and satisfied with the service. Good on you Jyoti for managing the place during busy times and still making sure your customers are happy!

Extremely inconsiderate and impolite staff. Went to the parlour 25 minutes before closing time to get my eyebrows threaded however was turned away by 2 staff members as they claimed that the store had to be cleaned and one staff member also stated that she had plans and somewhere to be afterwards. This was highly unprofessional on many levels as it is clearly advertised that the store closes at 5pm not 4:35pm.My last experience at this place was also a horrible one as the lady who did my eyebrows threaded off almost half of my eyebrow and completely ruined the shape after I told her multiple times to maintain the thickness of my brows. Never returning to this parlour ever again.

I went to beauty brow parlour in Tarneit central on 22/12/2022 at 8:40 pm for eyebrow and girl sitting inside alone with no customer and refused me to serve. She said that shop is closed because she is alone to do the cleaning and to do the end of day. She told me they are taking last customer at 8:30 . This never happened before. Guys if you don’t want to serve after 8:30 then change your closing time . Don’t show on website services are open till 9 pm

Worst experience ever. Adding a negative review for someone for the first time. I wish I could give them minus stars. Waste of $75, pathetic service, unprofessional staff. Paid for wax on all over my clothes and shoes. But the hairs on hands and legs are still there. The girl pulling the wax strips so aggressively that I got blood. Never going back.

Customer service at this store is terrible. Whoever they have answering their phones and taking bookings, should not be. Maybe the top beautician should, as I’m sure they would love to take appointments and not just hang up on their customers.

Amazing girls very friendly I used to go to St Albans to do my eyebrow I tried first time today n the indian girls did amazing job Nirmal kaur n Harpreet kaur, I would definitely recommend very nice n friendly Behavior.Must recommend!!

Have been there today in the afternoon Hope there was 0 it deserves that had terrible experience I asked for thick brows n she made it look manly. It said 10 aud but they charged 18 which was stupid reason I don't knw how ppl digest so much loot. And plz ask ur employees to not to make weird faces she made that face when I said I didn't like them I didn't want to create a scene front of other customers. U ppl kept a board saying give respect then why aren't you giving. Plz don't waste ur money here.

Staff were not very friendly, but there was no wait, and they did a good job.I feel $45 is a lot for an eyebrow, side face, and moustache hair removal; especially as I have fair colouring and not a lot of facial hair.
