Vicki goes above and beyond to put me at ease, takes care of any issues without follow up and takes the stress out of it all for me. I booked an inspection with this company, and liased with Vicki up until the day prior. She mentioned had a previous appointment so i couldnt come 30mins earlier. Then when i got to the property i got a message saying it was cancelled.The main problem here was that i flew from SYDNEY to come and see the property and now im a day down on work and $400 out of pocket. When i rang vicki she didnt care.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Vicki has been exceptional at looking after our tenancy! We have recently purchased a home and so are not tenants with Vicki anymore, but she has always been friendly and accommodating, I would have no reservations in using her services again if required! A wonderfully positive and experienced Property Manager!
