Tristan, Adrian and the team were fantastic to deal with. We had been looking in Sunbury for the best part of a year. As a family we had very specific requirements for our forever home, and had become very jaded by other agencies who cared only for the vendor and making a quick sale. Not only did Tristan keep in touch throughout that time period, he knew exactly what we were looking for. Ultimately Tristan was able to call with the perfect property before it hit the open market and with Adrian’s assistance we worked closely with one agency and the Vendor to negotiate a sale both parties were happy with!Thanks for all your help

I purchased my property thru One Agency late last year. Adrian Sacco advised me that I did not need a building inspection as the property was only 2 years old and was covered by the builders - however, that was incorrect, as the homeowners did work themselves which was substandard so the advice from Adrian cost me quite a lot of money to rectify. Not particularly happy.
