Urban Grace Yoga
Jane is a wonderful yoga teacher with decades of experience. She is passionate, knowledgeable, quirky, funny and her classes always include precise alignment principles with a spiritual mindfulness. Urban Grace really is an inclusive environment for every body and I would highly recommend it.

Apart from Jane being a very experienced and brilliant yoga teacher and modifying poses for different levels or injuries etc in her classes, she is also one of those beautiful, caring and generous souls that keeps things real and cares for her students even when life makes things tough for her. I'm lucky to have Jane in my life as my yoga teacher and friend now more than ever during this lockdown. I know all her other students think this way too. Thanks Jane for being you. :)
