I get my glasses fixed here when the frame breaks. The staff and the repairer are great and so helpful. I've brought a ring for my wife and a Minnie mouse watch for my granddaughter here.

We ordered 2 wedding rings 6 weeks before our wedding. Told 5 different delivery dates after we chased them up for them not arriving. On the third delivery date, the ring came in, was wrongly made, not picked up by their supplier or them, was sent back the week before our wedding to be remade properly, ended up arriving midmorning the day before our wedding. Do not recommend them to anyone. Disgusting quality of service and have to repeatedly chase them up when they dont follow through. Not worth the stress they cause.

Absolutely beautiful people in there. They give amazing customer service and are so friendly and professional and extremely honest with you.Got my rings cleaned by them and was blown away with the end result. Bloody AMAZING . What else can I say .... THEY ARE JUST AMAZING pepple in there. We have purchased alot of jewellery and watches and have never had a problem with any of them. Even had a bracelet adjusted and resized that was purchased else where with no hassel. BEST jewellers in town.
