When it comes to auto mechanics, I've valued honesty and transparency above all else. Rodney and the team here are helpful, honest, and such a friendly group of staff. They are currently implementing a trial wherein they video and document parts of the inspection where they find faults, and send a link so you can watch them explain the faults found. This really showed me their transparency and reliability as a business. I will absolutely be coming back to these guys in the future. Well done!

Rodney is very friendly & has great customer service, I like how they call you when they find the problem & discuss how you would like to go ahead. I recommend auto masters they do a really good job & pricing is good . I'm a happy customer.

I wasn't sure what to expect when it came to cost after not having had a service in a while but am definitely happy with the customer service and overall job done by them. They called me once the initial job was done to ask how I wanted to proceed with what they found instead of just doing and dropping the bill on me later with no warning.No doubt my next service will be with them and the small things they marked down for future fixing.

Pretty good still have to go back to get the coolant cleaned up from my carpet.They have been good during the expensive experience but that's cars.They said they will look after me next time I come in

....I like the fact that they called to bring me upto speed with every concern in my vehicle and price, but the fact that they couldn't complete all jobs got me worried cos they ran out of time, thus I was rescheduled!Front desk apologised, but lost a full day's pay cos I left my car the whole day....

Always been upfront with costs, they do good work. Friendly team, can always seem to fit you in and explain things to people who don't speak car. Plus they are close to the tyre shop so you get a good deal with that as well. Definitely recommend.
