Small local business trying to supply goods at city prices for locals. Ordered a machine in and was completely crushed to the point of being written off and now I'm stuck with the bill. Absolutely a joke will get some photos up to make you laugh.

Poor service. Over 10 people walking around the building and still stood at the work shop door for over 25 minutes before someone decided to come over and help. Place is full of rude argent ** pull ya heads in

Terrible customer service, I’ve had packages “delivered” by toll on 2 different occasions and on both occasions I’ve been home and no one has come to the door, they just put a sorry we missed you card in the letterbox, not acceptable at all.

I phone Port Hedland office to follow up an Item. Lady answered the call was very rude and just hung up the phone. Then I rang from a mobile phone. Again when she heard my voice just hung up. Worst customer service I experienced ever.

Had the experience of false signature on stock supposed to have been delivered which magically turned up 3 days after the signature. Not often on time. Not much care either.
