I was extremely happy with my purchase of a bed and mattress at the McGregor Store.The price and quality was excellent. And I didn’t have to wait for months for delivery of the goods, they were in stock. Thanks Chris for your great service.

Called into look at some mobility beds. The staff were fantastic. Very helpful. Went out of their way to make us feel welcome and took the time to explain everything and all our questions. If your looking for bedding, then definately go see these guys. Great service and price. Thanks heaps guys.

Had a great experience at the store. Gemma was really helpful, answering all my questions and making great suggestions. She was also super nice and patient to my daughter.She was great with the follow up and delivery as well, making sure we got the most important items in a timely manner.

I think their names were Brooke and Chris ( whoever was working on 4/01/23 )They are legends!! They helped get us such a cheap price on a high quality King Suite. They were able to settle an ongoing argument between my partner and I ;)Cheers guys!

Paid deposit and ordered Matress , person rang me saying matress would be ready to pick up on a wednesday , we cancelled a day out at Gold Coast to pick up matress . Of course Matress was not ready . Got Phone call today that matress will be ready to pickup tommorow BUT they will not tell us where it can be picked up until we pay the full amount . I am just trying to organize my time so i know how far i need to travel to pickup matress . These people are anything but professional . Avoid like the plague . Courteous service is non existant . Given experience thus far i hold little hope on matress being anything good . Gets better after paying deposit instore with Amex card their online payment portal doesnt accept AMEX , the saga continues .

Bad customer service and price, got ripped off buying at the store I found a cheaper price at costco for similar item at the store and they won't allow me to return the item I bought despite never opening it.
