Great stay! Location was quiet with lots of grass area for the kids to run. Rooms were clean. The staff were outstanding, truly brilliant service. Hotel attaches to the club so easy access to food, kids area and great spot to watch footy on the big screen. Very happy with our stay and value for money.

What a fabulous surprise this hotel is. Great location and welk presented. Rooms are very clean. Staff very friendly. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Newcastle. Bonus was a beautiful sunset over Cockle Creek.

My sister and I have stayed here several times while visiting family. It is spacious, clean and quiet. Being able to walk through to the club for dinner or drinks is very convenient. We always get a room overlooking the creek at the back which is peaceful and picturesque.

It's a nice, small hotel to rest. I'm quite amazed with the carpet's cleanness as usually hotels' carpet are not clean. Ask for a room facing the river for nicer view.

Get the spa room with a view of the river. Lovely room. Heaps of cupboards. You can lay in the jet tub to watch tv or the sunset. Nice staff. Internal hallway to the club, where the meals are prepared.

This place is cheap and can fit at least 4 people in a room. The beds are clean and the toilets offer soap and shampoo. There is a mini fridge to store what you need. It is a pretty standard hotel so it is pretty good. But from the bedroom you can see people showering and on the toilet. If this design didn’t exist then this motel would be 5 stars.

Spacious clean room, patio opens to garden. Ample free outdoor parking on the property. Adjacent Club building has a restaurant.

Sue and the staff were so welcoming and accommodated for all our needs. However, highly recommend eating at the club or nearby restaurants as there are no microwave, plates or utensils in the rooms. Tea, coffee and hot water was available, which was good. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

We spent a weekend here - definitely recommend it, friendly reception, room was spotless, the spa bath was amazing and one of the best beds we have ever slept in. Sitting on the balcony having a beer, very relaxing. Also having the club so is an added bonus. I have booked a room for hubbys birthday in January and cannot wait.
