An amazing experience with Zoom Recruitment. A great agency that has provided me with work throughout my time in Sydney, even through Covid. A special mention to Sophia and Carlos, thank you both for always being on hand and providing me with a top class service!

Zoom recruitment, in my opinion is far better if not the best recruitment agency in Sydney. The people at zoom, especially Sophia and carlos who both were in touch with me throughout the process of finding a suitable job for me and the effort they did to get me a job suited to my situation in times of pandemic was enough for me to respect them personally. Overall it was a good experience and the people at zoom care about their employees. A BIG thanks to the whole team and hope this will carry on till the end.

I was seeking for a job last year then a friend of mine told me about Zoom Recruitment and to get in contact with Sophia, who is always very professional and has a friendly approach. She was able to get me started as casual right away. After that I met Carlos who also helped me to get more shifts. Zoom Recruitment is a very professional company, reliable, and they are helping a lot people to stay busy and to help with the continuous improvements to this wonderful Australia.

Started with my current job early this year after signing up with Sophia in Zoom Recruitment Mascot. She was able to place me in said position in less than a week so turnaround time was great. Sophia is professional, very responsive and easy to talk to. She is constantly checking on staff to ensure everything is okay. Would highly recommend.

I was recruited almost a month ago by Carlos and i was working in startrack chullora. Some of the supervisor sent an email to carlos for not putting me anymore on the roster. Reason they provided was using phone on the areas not permitted. I feel literal racism and partiality has been done to me. Because i am not the only one at the dock doing such petty things. In the morning the supervisor said someone who will use phone on the dock will be given oral and written warning which means 2 chances, but in my case they just sent an email that they dont want me anymore which is not justified at all. On top of that, i was not aware of the fact that i am not anymore needed at job because the email was not communicated with me and i was waiting for my roster from 3 days of this week. Moreover, other staff members including freight handlers and forklift drivers have been so mean and rude to me at work. Nobody listened to my side of story so i am writing them down here as It was the worst experience of my life.

Sophia and Carlos has helped me greatly in starting off my journey in employment and getting my first job. This agency is amazing to say in the least. They are understanding and straightforward. It doesn’t matter if you have little to no experience, I definitely would recommend this agency to anyone looking for a job regardless of how much experience you have in the work force.

I found that zoom Recruitment was friendly and compassionate towards getting me on board with them and very helpful with the process of joining with them, they were respectful.
