Definitely one of the best gyms in the hunter region. The facility is undeniably the best in equipment such as, calibrated plates and IPF approved equipment. The experienced coaches and friendly community accommodate athletes at all skill levels and abilities.

Best gym in Newcastle hands down, since starting up at HPC i have found a large group of like minded and supportive people who help push me everyday to be better, the coaches are very supportive and welcoming! Would highly recommend checking them out

I was lucky enough to meet Aiden just after he had opened HPC before the 3-4 month covid-19 lockdown over winter in 2021. I was impressed by his care and commitment to his long and short term clients when he lent out his gym's brand new equipment to isolating clients for FREE and transported equipment to the park DAILY for government approved outdoor training sessions which he organised for people who were close enough to attend.Since then, Aiden has built himself a team of highly competent, passionate staff that have grown HPC into the best place to be for people looking to become strong RIGHT NOW. I've trained at many gyms and HPC is undoubtedly the best facility I've been to. If you're serious about getting the most out of your training and exploring your potential, HPC is where you belong.

Such a great gym, a place for women and men of all ages/abilities to join and get strong! An amazing facility with knowledgable coaches and a great community makes HPC the best gym for everyone!

Hunter Performance Centre has undoubtedly created a safe space for all athletes, you immediately feel welcomed by all members and coaches. It’s amazing having so many like minded people around you who are all rallying for you at all times.The facility is amazing, fantastic equipment and the attention to detail with programs and on the spot feedback is unmatched.

I’ve been training at Hunter performance centre since I was 13, and since i’ve gained a lot of strength. I really enjoy the welcoming community as everyone is very supportive. I also love the two dogs at the gym ( John and Jack), they are my 2 #1 hype dogs. I’ve started competing in powerlifting competitions with the support from my coach and overall love coming to train at the gym.

HPC is an incredible gym that has high quality equipment, quality coaches and an unmatched community aspect, where everyone is welcome, no matter your age, gender, ability or weight class. Aiden has created a supportive atmosphere for everyone and has hosted the best competitions in the Hunter Region. This gym is by far the best gym I have been to in Newcastle. The equipment, atmosphere and coaching here is something that is very underrated and needs to be acknowledged more. Definitely recommend giving it a go!

I have been a member of HPC since day one and they have honestly changed my life. Being able to start by day at this gym is the best feeling in the world.
