I was really impressed with the customer service I received here. The sales guy gave me a bunch of good tips for what to look for in a second hand bass for my son after I dropped in to buy a lead. This was really helpful and enabled me to get a great deal.I will definitely visit here again.

We came all the way from Port Lincoln looking for a new drum kit, we were assisted by the MOST helpful and polite staff who spent so much time with us on the day, and then further with telephone calls refining our order. They have the best prices in town and the staff REALLY know there products well, with sound advice on all the different models and brands, including, drums, cymbals and skins, and what would most suit my needs. It was fantastic, as i was able to play one of the kits, and see the variety of setups. As we were buying from long distance they made the whole transaction easy and smooth. Easy accessible parking. I Will definitely buy from here again. I HIGHLY recommend this store to any musician. A big thank you to Trap, for looking after us.

I was very pleased with the service I received today at Holden Hill Music, it was my first time at the store and I was so impressed with the quality of their products and friendly service from the staff. I spoke with ‘Trap’ who took the time to guide me on how to put together a music stand. Being a music teacher I can say with utter confidence that I will come back here again with any music queries and/or to purchase highest of quality products. The prices are very reasonable too :)

I took a chance and called, hoping they would have what I needed. I'd been searching the net and all over Adelaide. I spoke to two staff members, both were very polite, and knowledgeable. I'm so pleased. I drove more than 40 minutes to get there and Chris was so kind and helpful. This is the kind of service that makes me want to go back. Even if it's out of my way, I'd make this my first place to shop in the future.

Really friendly and helpful staff who helped us to choose instruments and advised on how to use the various implements that come with them.I was very happy with the service that we received.I would say that they primarily supply guitars and drums but they do have a few keyboards.The staff are knowledgeable and not pushy in their selling. They demonstrate great product knowledge and expertise

The guys in store were amazing, I had my teenage son from Darwin looking for a guitar and after a disappointing visit to another well known store I thought we’d pop in here! They were soooo awesome they let him play some guitars and experiment and he decided on a 12 string electric one and is stoked, I’m not musical but felt comfortable sitting around while my son played. Service is amazing and pricing is greatReally really happy

Fantastic bunch of passionate people. They were great with my son and let him jump on an electronic kit and bash away for 15 minutes. Store doesn't have a big range but what they do have is what you need. Cheers guys

Came to get my guitar repaired, Steve is an amazing player and guitar Guru. He dropped everything to solve the issue quickly and gave some sound advice. What an absolute legend. Will be back for sure.*Update* Took in an '89 Washburn with action to match the age, Steve did a full set up and heat treated in back to life. All other repair stores had refused. Can't thanks him enough!

Was looking for a bass combo amp and had an idea what I wanted, after some help from the awesome staff, I was given the best rig for the long term.. couldn't be happier.
