Took my PS5 in after I stripped the screw trying to open the ssd cover. Vincent was amazing and so helpful, he went above and beyond to help me out and managed to get the screw out and install the new ssd. Will be recommending this store to everyone.

I can't speak highly enough of the service, level of knowledge and affordability of these guys! Every time we have had a computer concern it is fixed either while we wait or within hours. We had my sons PC built here too and after seeing how great it is I would never go anywhere else, ever. Do yourself a favour and see Vincent at #1 computer shop, you will be impressed!!

I had several Window's related issues, like the Cloud and trying to stop Microsoft attempting to sync with my bigpond accounts. Vincent fixed all the problems in double quick time and charged me a very low price to do it. Great service and I highly recommended them.

I walked into the store a few days ago as a very stressed Mum with my toddler and broken computer. This computer is my livelihood as I run two businesses from there and for it to not be working is stressful.Vincent was truly wonderful, he asked questions and fixed my computer right there!I will definitely be back for anything computer related. 2 star for quick repaire service.... Unhappy that I get quoted one price but when I went to collect it it was entirely another (expensive) price. Charged a high price for a glue repair that I could have done myself!! Misleading!

Excellent customer service.Took my daughters school laptop in as a few screws had come out on the base and hinge and he fixed it straight away.Couldn't ask for better service.
