The best BCF store in SEQLD by far. Excellent range, service, and knowledgeable staff. Plenty of products on display in the camping area, big brand names, and local brand names.

Best Grand Opening I’ve seen for years , store looks great , and the Staff were so incredible, you could see they were proud of what was happening, going again tomorrow, I know I missed some things , I’ve now changed my store to Kawana , all I can say , is , “All the BEST “

The fishing department spooled my line backwards, I was unaware of this until I got home. Called the store and was instructed to come back for them to fix it. Was I wrong to expect some sort of compensation for wasting 2 hours of my time? I’m not sure.I have spent alot of money through BCF but for now I think I’ll take my money to the smaller locally owned stores. Disappointing really.

I was amongst the first few in line at the opening of the Kawana store yesterday.I grew up fishing almost every day in the area and worked at some of the local independent shops after school. I love fishing and camping, but get too sea sick for much boating.I had always thought of the big franchise style fishing shops as being sterile supermarket like and had lost the local family feel, so I avoided them.I walked out of the store yesterday feeling 100% team BCF. It was actually a great morning and I see BCF is my local family option with so many local faces I have seen over the years that actually fish.I'm staying at a homeless shelter atm and my fishing gear disappeared recently. BCF gave me a $50 voucher and I was lucky enough to find a $150 Black Savage rod marked down to $39.95 a bloke I met in the line up gave me a spare reel so I'm fishing again and want to say thankyou to BCFClint.

We went to BCF Kawana while up the Coast. Brent in the fishing section was very helpful. We were only making a small purchase but his customer service remained top class. Looks like a very good selection in this large store. Special mention to Brent for our brief visit, and small purchase.
