Service was outstanding by David and the rest of the team. Sparkling water always filled, drinks served quickly and an outstanding starters platter of seafood. We purchase it all on Luxury Escapes and so glad we did as we will be back. Foods quality was to a high standard and a nice break between entree’s and main was good and we swapped from our booking of inside to outside which was a good choice as it was a beautiful night.

Visited Mina last night for dinner with my mum. The food was absolutely incredible and full of flavour, definitely some of the best pizza I've had in Brisbane. The staff were also amazing and very helpful. Definitely will be back again and will be recommending to my friends! If you're after sole quality Italian food with fantastic service, in a great location - this is definitely worth a visit!

I booked a reservation through First Table and got 50% off the menu. It was a good chance to try out this Italian restaurant located in the vibrant street of Bulimba.The atmosphere and aesthetic of the restaurant is beautiful. Table presentation is minimalistic with dried flowers for a touch of elegance. I chose to sit inside but the outside would have been just as nice, especially since they do have heaters.The food itself was delicious. The pizza was fantastic and the prawn risotto was one of my highlights. The only faults were that the calamari had too much batter and the bread of the bruschetta was rather burnt on the ends (inedible part). The bread itself was beautiful though.The staff were very accommodating and asked if we wanted to share and if so, whether I wanted to have a dairy free option for the pizza (as I had chosen for my risotto to be dairy-free). I thought that was very thoughtful!I highly recommend the bruschetta (even though it was burnt on the ends), the prawn risotto and capricciosa pizza!

I’ve been to Mina twice now and both times have been fantastic! Recently I went for the Amalfi Brunch which was such great value for what we got. Delicious cocktail on arrival, fantastic share plates, pasta and pizza for food. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection, I especially loved the arancini balls. Our wine was topped up regularly during our booking, always a full glass. Well worth the money and will definitely be coming back! A new local favourite.

Husband loved the Striploin. I had the Chicken Saltimbocca Di Pollo. It just tasted like a piece of Roasted Chicken Breast & was tasteless & dry, accompanied with lumpy Mashed Potato, which was also bland. Husband liked the Garlic Pizza Bread as well, but I didn't think it had much garlic in it, however the EVOO on top was tasty. They charged us $12 for 4 pieces, menu shows $9, we didn't notice till we got home & looked at docket. I complained about my dish & was told a new menu & chef would be coming soon. If we went back, it would be to try the pizza or pasta dish. Photo looks better than the taste.

The food was quite nice; nothing too superb but nice. The starter dishes we had may benefit from using differed sauces to achieve different flavour profiles as one sauce appeared to be used in all three - the octopus, veal (from antipastio) and tuna tartare. Still tasty and done well! The pasta for the spaghetti was a bit lackluster in quality, texture and flavour but the slight spice it was coated in helped a lot. The prawns were definitely the star of the dish - fresh and well seasoned/flavoured. The cocktails were awesome. The pinot noir was good also. Great atmosphere and good service overall, but expect long wait times as we waited 50 minutes for food and would have appreciated a check on/assurance during the wait. All food came out at once, perhaps could help if asked for preference for order of food service.

Mina Italian is a hidden gem! The atmosphere had a romantic ambiance and the cuisine was outstanding. We were served by David, who was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, he really made our experience unforgettable. The Lobster Fettuccine and Truffle Mushroom Pizza were exquisite choices. Mina Italian is the perfect destination for a romantic evening with exceptional service. We will be coming back to be served by David again soon!
