I am very pleased with my experience with this business and our new fridge! The staff were friendly and helpful, the fridge was exactly as represented and both the price and service were terrific!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The man working in the shop is so rude and arrogant. They have no interests in helping you once something goes wrong with your product. Sold me a faulty fridge!This business needs to close down not just take peoples money! If anyone has had the same issue let me know because I will taking this future and I am happy to add your experience with this place into my case.I’m disappointed and distrusted with this treatment.

Got a fridge from here a few days ago, the driver damaged it bashing it into doorways and my old fridge. Manager was helpful in replacing the fridge and came out to fix a missing drawer on the second fridge. Stressful experience but am happy with the fridge and for a good price.

Looking at the reviews and reading them, I can’t disagree more with the comments that have been written about this place. I’ve been a customer for many years and this place is excellent. Great cheap products with honest salesmen. They are clear to why they are factory seconds and sometimes they are dinged up or refurbished but the prices are reflected on them, like half price or even cheaper sometimes.Look in here if you want the best for your buck!!!

It's a fact of life that customer service and satisfaction has declined over recent timesHowever one establishment where it's still alive and well is Smart Electrical at Strathpine. Chris the store manager is a fine exponent of this important part of commercial enterprise. We bought a scratch and dent fridge for a very reasonable price some time agoUnfortunately it was also the home of a couple of gremlins that adversely affected the operation of the icemaker. Several visits by a technician were necessary to overcome the gremlins.He always turned up cheerful and determined to solve the problemThe fridge then worked excellent until two weeks after the warranty.When the gremlins returned into the icemaker. A call to Chris was met with understanding and a promise to get the problem sorted. Anyone wanting confidence in buying a good appliance with excellent follow up service, go and see Chris at Strathpine

After purchasing a faulty TV and trying to get a refund, which has taken hours, we have also experienced the height of rudeness from the owner who wouldn’t even speak to us on the phone as to why the refund of this purchase has been sent to an account which doesn’t belong to us, we asked if they could put a hold on the refund which is obviously not linked to any of our accounts and retry the refund process to the correct account holder. He refused to try and do the right thing by us. Very disappointing experience, I would recommend giving this store a wide birth. One star rating is still to high
