I am very grateful for Matchworks and their approach to my needs. Carlos is very supportive, doesn't just look at what my job requirements are but also focuses on my well being. Assisted with new shoes and petrol vouchers to get to and from work, and checks in to see how everything is going.Matchworks is a very person centred organisation, staff are accommodating and very friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants an organisation that caters to people's individual needs, along with actual support.

I am so appreciative for the caring and pragmatic help given by the team members who worked with me. They listened and made real efforts to help me find a work solution - which we did. I felt valued, supported and empowered. Thank you!

They are a great service. They were very helpful in terms of public transport, and some of the programs I was put in help get some of the skills and program I needed for the jobs I was after.The staff were friendly and weren't afraid to give me the right advice about my resume and some jobs that I maybe shouldn't take, for my own benefit and safety.

They put very little effort into finding a job for you. All they do is set you up with random mandatory courses to waste your time and the appointments consist of asking if you've completed your requirements and at best they read out the first couple of jobs they see on seek. I could do that myself but at least they aren't picked at random with no consideration to my skills or preferences. Would not recommend trusting this place for assisting you in finding work, you have to do everything yourself anyway.

If I could give this service a lower rating I would.The person I have helping me" was not interested in helping me at all. I was looking forward to receiving some help

Amazing service!!!! Not only did they help find me a job, they paid for my work gear and tickets! Wouldn’t have been able to do it without them.Extremely supportive and friendly. Highly recommend!

I am under 20 years old and have been with MatchWorks Redcliffe almost nine months. Nine months for a young person unemployed is unacceptable. I have received almost no help or encouragement at all in searching for work. MatchWorks doesn't help you decide what you want to do, hasn't paid for any courses I wish to do even the ones that would help in getting a job (RSA course) and hasn't paid to help me gaining a drivers licence.All I do is come in do the appointment, get a new appointment letter and then I'm left on my own to do the work. The bright side is I can use Internet and printer for resumes. They are slower than a sloth.What are they there for?

Matchworks have been extremely helpful and supportive of me. They have helped me find work locally and have helped with extra expenses which has made my life so much more manageable. They have listened and helped whenever they can. Carlos and Tanya have been amazing. Thanks so much for all your help. I appreciate it so much.

Staff work well at helping me within the rules set by theDepartment of Education, Skills and Employment. I'm very satisfied working with these people rather than the Government
