Can’t recommend Paul highly enough. Very fast response to my enquiry and arrived the same day. Spent two hours cleaning treating and completely disguising a nasty grease stain on my two year old leather lounge. He persisted until he got the exact colour match. So very pleased with the result.

Our King Furniture leather sofa is now looking wonderful again. It was thoroughly cleaned and conditioned and the ends of the armrests, which were without colour due to an inappropriate cleaning product being used, are now perfectly colour matched with the rest of the sofa. Very professional, established the problem and arranged to order the replacement motor for my reclining sofa leg rest. I got the replacement for the seats for my two seater recliner done. Paul was punctual, courteous and knew what he was doing. I highly recommend him.

Paul does a terrible job. Good luck getting him to correct his work.Edited to reply to Paul.Paul repaired a cat scratch which took him about ten minutes and he charged $250.A few months later the repair peeled off.I emailed Paul and received no reply. I emailed head office cc Paul then Paul finally replied. Paul says my cat must have scratched the exact same spot again which is ridiculous that a cat could coordinate the same two claws and scratch along the same two lines.I had another leather tech come and review the damage who said they don’t fix cat scratches as they look superficial but are quite deep and unless done properly the repair will fail.Paul you should be honest and refund me my money. I will take the proper channels but I also believe other future customers have the right to know about past customers experience with your service.
