I recently needed some automotive paint and advise from my local autobarn store at Lakehaven.I was very impressed by the staff who assisted me .I felt I was important to them and not a interruption.

Walked in asked the team member at the counter if he had a wheel lock nut adapter showing him the part and replied maybe up there.Looking like a dear in headlight. And had no idea10 minutes later with no help and the only customer in storeI approached the parts desk to be told nah sold the last one yesterday. I said to the lazy fellow you didn't even look.Rolling his eyes at me he left his computer and had a look.Guess what he had the part.Im very sorry to inconvenience your staff.Very selfish of me .

Awesome service, had a battery fail just in warranty, bought in WA but they went out of their way to contact the rep, then kept me informed of progress with regular phone calls. Just wish all businesses could run like this - simple really but so rare nowadays. Special call out to Ben! Of course now I will use them whenever I can and recommend them to others.

Great customer service had my window wipers replaced with in 5 mins and the price was the cheapest around after getting a price at $80 and a different place . I payed $48 all new rubbers and a whole new wipers blade for the back and fitted thank you for the great services .
