I had an old glass sliding door that had been hard to close for months so I booked in with Wizard. Their employee Steve arrived on time, identified the issue and repaired it with no fuss. It now glides like silk. Steve was polite and professional, I am very happy with the service.

The office returned my call quickly and was very informative about our options with our glass sliding door problem. Straight after I got off the phone I got an sms confirming the booking and then an update sms that Steve was on his way and even showed up a tad early. Steve was extremely professional and we are very happy with the job he did. I also want to do a shout out to the usually unmentioned yet crucial part of the team.... the lovely and knowledgeable lady in the office (sorry don't remember her name). A prompt, professional, high quality service.

Steve from Wizard Sliding Door Repairs came to repair our large sliding glass door. Steve had sent a txt with an arrival time and was on time. He was friendly, professional and fixed the door quickly. The door now slides better than ever and perhaps better than when it was originally installed. Wizard by name and certainly performed Wizardry to fix the door.

Steve showed up on time. He was well presented, very business-like, and easy to get along with. He knows what he is doing and was very helpful in planning the job. We had four sliding glass doors (and two others) that all had 'issues' when opening or closing them. When Steve left all of the doors worked as good as new, AND he 'tidied up' a couple of door lock issues that we were having as well. No fuss, no bother.We are very happy to have had him here and all for a fraction of the cost of replacing one door. Highly recommended.Thank you, Steve.

Wizard Sliding Door Repairs were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Steve repaired 14 sliding doors in an apartment building for me. The doors were 35 years old, in very bad shape and not looked after. Once Steve had finished they all opened and closed perfectly smooth using just one finger! The whole process was very easy and Steve is very knowledgeable and does a great job. Before going with Wizard Sliding Door Repairs, I got a couple of the doors 'repaired' by another company and the quality was far inferior to Wizard. Would highly recommend them.

Very happy with the result. Our sliding door can now be closed with a finger. Big improvement. Steve also switched around a few screen doors for me, this was something I had wanted done for about 10 years so I was delighted with the result. I only regret not getting him in to do these jobs sooner.

Had Steve repair 3 glass sliding doors and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Steve is an excellent communicator, prompt, reliable and has pride in his work. The price was advised before attending and the workmanship was exemplary. If you have glass sliding doors that need repairing, I would recommend Steve. You wont be disappointed.

Very good communication from the company with the repairer Steve McAlister turning up on timeas promised. As well as replacing the sliding door track and wheels he spent considerable time re-adjusting the fittings so the door worked like new. He was happy to answer any questions and when finished cleaned the area. Would not hesitate to recommend him.
