The staff at Streets Imaging are incredibly friendly and helpful. Phone calls and emails all answered with detailed answers to my questions. Jacky personally helped me to calibrate my computer and was patient and understanding and explained everything to my frazzled brain. Another member of staff offered me a chair to sit on. I don’t think there could be a nicer lab anywhere.

Impossible to work with this company even if I wanted to. Went into their lab to order prints and was told by the representative they were unable to read my usb. I was advised to go online and place an order. So I went home to order online and the process would not allow me to complete the payment. Error message on payment w9, banking error. I try multiple credit cards have others in my household try themselves with their credit card only to get the same error message. The next morning I ring up and was told there are no problems their end and that’s it. So no solution to the problem. When I pushed the representative to try and solve the issue I was greeted with a bad attitude and it’s not their problem. Terrible customer service.
