Being from Townsville I was seeking something familiar when I was visiting Mackay. Empire brought me the feel of being in the Townsville Empire Alternacade. The smokers section at the back with a full stage made it feel superior to homes'. I enjoyed my stay there and was treated very nicely by the staff. Will visit again!

Had an amazing time, the vibe of this place was phenomenal, heaps of games to play, the DJ was excellent and they have Crazy Taxi, whats not to love. Enjoyed my evening here immensely.

Great experience, and great people. The staff was awesome!!! Was really good to chill out and play arcade games with my mates. Unbelievable artwork on the walls aswell. Security was doing a great job! Definitly will come back again and highly recommend checking this place out. :)

$5 basics from 7-9pm (at time of review), decent range of cocktails and other drinks.Good selection of music and games, can't see anything to not like.Get a Gin and mixer and get a free pinball token plus pool is free on Tuesday nights (at time of review)
