I've worked with Barkers Carpet Cleaning professionally for years and recently had them attend to my own property to steam clean the carpets. I've never been able to fault Rowan's work and his ability to get the carpet looking perfect and new once again! He is honest, efficient, and great at what he does! As a local Property Manager, it's critical to have tradespeople that are not only good at what they do, but also great communicators. I have seen hundreds of his 'Before & Afters' in person & his ability to clean carpets cannot be faulted. The customer service provided by Rowan is next level and he regularly updates his Voicemail to tell you where he is & when he will actually get back to you. 10/10.

We asked Rowan to clean the carpets of the rental we were vacating, and there was a lot of carpet! Rowan was very responsive, flexible, reasonably priced and did a superb job. Would definitely recommend and will be using Rowan again in the future when we need.
