Drs are helpful & respond to problems as required minor surgical issues etc Appointments are flexible , they have facilities for blood tests etc although usually in the morning. waiting room is comfortable/ relaxing access to a loo.....would be helpful to have more than 1 dr...Its close to local buisnesses / eateries + hotel. They get dietitian + other professinals visit in...they bulk bill.

Friendly and competant reception and nursing staff.

Went there yesterday after being advised by the chemist as I had an infected incision from an operation. Got there in the afternoon as I can’t drive & had to wait for my mum to finish work. Nurse was really rude to be asking why I’m coming in so later. It was 4:30 they close at 5:30. Then when I seen doc which was only 5 mins later he was just squeezed it without warning it hurt like hell & said you’ll be right no antibiotics or anything so now I have to go to another doc today as it’s getting worse. Worst experience ever. They obviously don’t actually care about people.Side note Jo at reception is really nice. Thank you
