Bought 2 new dirt tyres which they fit for free but rear black rim now has 2 scrapes on it from fitting and not small ones. All I got was machine couldn’t do it yet it put bite marks in outer edge on both front and rear . They gave me 10% off but not happy. Will do them by hand from now on.

Well I have to say this place needs to learn the basics in sales. Demanding full retail for a new bike might look good on the sales charts but it does nothing for customer loyalty and repeat sales.I know it’s their choice to demand full retail on a product but I’m sure when they go to buy they also look for the discounts no matter how minor they may be. As a buyer there is always another retailer with the product you want at the price your happy to pay. It’s a shame as I like support locals!

Travelling about for a month or two and not from the area however rang Moto Tech Geelong to see if someone could help me sort out my KTM Connect (GPS Mapping) for my Super Duke GT.Guys were only too happy to offer assistance so travelled from Colac to Geelong and although not familiar, guys had it sorted in 1/2 hour and freely gave their service as Good Will.Highly recommend them and appreciate their professionalism.

The worst buying experience I have had in a very long time.I recently spent 17k on a 2022 Husky, new from this dealer, to say I felt like it was too much trouble for them would be an understatement. The sales guy just obviously couldn't care less about whether I bought the bike or not, was quite rude in my initial conversation with him and treated us (my daughter and I) in a completely matter of fact and uncaring manner. The whole process was painful, he never even asked me if I wanted a seat while he did the paperwork or offer a coffee... In fact I asked if they had a coffee machine and he said no.. He didn't think to get one of his boys to make this guy a coffee who was spending 17k, nope, not a chance.. A coffee may have had me buy the other two bikes I needed but I guess its their loss! New bike day is supposed to be a joyous day, not for me, I was stressed driving down there and felt totally resentful as having to spend my money there!For the two other bikes I needed, I went to the Honda Dealer in Hoppers and bought them, two brand new Hondas, only cheap ones, but they couldn't have been any more helpful.Moral of the story, just because you have a bike in stock and its a sellers market because of Covid, it doesn't excuse a terrible attitude towards a buyer.. I will never recommend this dealer and will never set foot in there again.. I will actually discourage anyone from buying there in future!

Very happy with carby rejetting and tuning by Eddie at Ktm Geelong on my old 03 wr450, I took elsewhere first and they couldn’t fix then Ktm Geelong got her running like a dream, Eddie and crew know there stuff. Thankyou guys, Jason
