Went to the Toowoomba Surf Dive Ski shop , purchased items and before walking out noticed the discount hadn’t been taken off, went back to counter and explained. The sales assistant was defensive, no apology that was fine, got the refund and left. Got home and the tags hadn’t been removed, went back , no apology nothing. Customer service is lacking, all they needed to say , was sorry I’ll take them off now. Instead not a word took them off and gave the item back. I won’t shop there again when there is plenty of other stores with the same items with great customer service.

Horrible customer service just spoke with the other employee behind the desk didn’t help with prices of shoes or sizing never asked if we needed help with anything.
