Mean spirited in not providing any help to replace broken speaker wire. Other places will assist when you have no receipt, but nothing from Canohm for broken speaker wire that should last a lifetime. The star has fallen

I purchased a 4TV sound bar for my entertainment system from a retailer. It failed, but the hassle-free way that Canohm replaced it under warranty was exactly the sort of service that makes me happy to recommend them.

What a great company! I had issues with an radio purchased ages ago through a retailer and not directly through Canohm. Nevertheless, they replaced it free of charge and could not have been more helpful. I wish all companies provided such good service, with a smile. Well done, Canohm.
