Diagnosed my BMW needed timing chains and rear shockers quoted a rediculous amount of money Decided to get a second opinion and there was nothing wrong no more work needed to be done!!! Very disappointed as I WAS a customer for years.

The staff at BM Tech Essendon were very good to deal with (and always have been). They were easy to contact and to make a booking with. They always let me know how much the service/repairs will cost (which is normally considerably less than at BMW). They were very accommodating and able to complete the servicing/repairs by early afternoon, which helped with school pickup. I will happily be going back to BM Tech for future services and repairs.

BM Tech is one of the very few companies that truly know what to do with BMW brand, especially when it comes to diagnostic major electrical and electronic problems. Right down to the attention to detail on the car & customer service BM Tech team know how to impress. I have wasted so much time visiting so called some BMW specialists before I decided to give it a go with BM Tech Essendon. Successfully diagnose the problem and carried out the repair without costing my arms & legs. Definitely recommend Dan & BM Tech Essendon team.

The car had issues that were hard to work out as it could have been multiple possibilities causing the problem . Dan kept me updated and provided accurate quotes for each repair and his team did a great job. Touch wood the car is running like a 7 series should.

This place is a rip off. Went there 4 times for 4 different diagnosis. $5k later and still no fix. They told me they sacked the tech that was responsible but still no fix for my car. They actually told me to go to a dealership as they couldn’t fix it yet they promote themselves as having all the latest equipment. Avoid at all costs!
