Melbourne Natural Therapies | Remedial Massage Melbourne

After doing lots of Google research, I decided to try out massage here because the reviews have been really great, and I love the location, how easy it is to book and how attentive the admin team is. However, I was quite disappointed with the massage. Although I did specify firm pressure at the start, the pressure was super light. I didn't feel comfortable asking for it to be more firm, especially because the therapist, although polite, appeared quite sad/upset, withdrawn and as if they didn't want to be there. When the massage finished they almost immediately rushed out of the room. I understand that we all have tougher days/days we don't feel very good, so I am willing to give this experience with the therapist the benefit of the doubt and provide a 2-star instead of 1-star rating, although my experience that day was more 1-star. I hope that they do, in time, find some happiness in their life and can feel better soon. I also provided 2-star instead of 1-star rating because of the great and attentive admin team, the ease of online booking, great location, lovely room and bathroom facilities.Update 27 June 2021: I have the right to stay anonymous, and do not have to delete my review simply because I wanted to stay anonymous. Have been going to Spencer continuously for a couple months now. I’m a full time performer so my body is in constant need of maintenance and resetting and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. And he’s so easy to spend 90 mins with! Couldn’t recommend this business and therapist more!

Wonderful space and lovely massage! The staff was very kind, easy to book (we booked same day), and professional. The massage was relaxing and perfect before our flight out. They have many other services as well such as manicure, pedicure, facials, etc. Great location and definitely recommend it if you’re in Melbourne!

Whichever branch I go to, all therapists are professional and skilful. Noted every therapist have different skill sets but they get the job done and they are consistent. Only difference is location. 100% recommended to get your treatment.

Diana was incredible! She has magic hands. I've had massages all over the world and I think this might have been the best. I'm usually quite fussy, but it was perfect, slow deliberate and strong, I couldn't recommend enough, I even extended my massage to 90 minutes. Warning that it's not easy to find in the building, take the lift to the second floor

I have been going to Melbourne Natural Therapies for awhile now having a couple of therapists that I return specifically for. While the 2 that I regularly see are no longer working, Cal recommended Aris who has similar skill sets to my previous therapists. I could not be happier. Aris is awesome at getting to the right spots and finding the problem areas. She applies the right amount of firm pressure that is needed. Aris is my new go to therapist now and I would highly recommend her for anyone that was a firm massage.

I’ve met with Eve twice now and have had great massages both times. This time I added cupping to my massage. I’m excited to see the results. The business has a lot of different offerings. I’m very excited to try acupuncture.
