Pharmacist Jacob is the best pharmacist I have had the pleasure of encountering. Extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. However his knowledge is his number one attribute. Ask for him, he is brilliant!! All the staff though are friendly and helpful.

Always received great service from this outlet, and good stock of some medications which were out of stock for a long time at other places such as Chemist Warehouse. Prices too were cheaper than elsewhere for some of the items i purchases.

This pharmacy has been leaving their patient prescription folders open and unattended on the service desk exposing patient names, addresses, and medications to anyone stood nearby.This is a gross breach of patient confidentiality and the data privacy act under which all pharmacies are bound. When challenged about this, the staff claimed they had never been told not to do this.

tried to hand in a script but didn’t have the second piece of paper (it was a private script) and was told it couldn’t be filled, called my doctor to ask why and he said the second form is not needed because it is non PBS and i informed the pharmacists/assistant and they all decided to rudely just tell me no.Then my doc told me to put him on the phone to the pharmacist to fix the situation, but i just decided to leave due to not wanting any drama. I went to a different chemist 5 minutes away in Clayfield and she was extremely polite and filled the script with no issues!

Great local pharmacy. Efficient. Fast. Helpful. Supportive. Big range. Competitive pricing. My local pharmacy and not bothering to look anywhere else.

For 7 years I've been on 2 medication and had a week left of medication, since I'm isolated daily I was getting picked up for mothers day and was going away for 2 or 3 weeks where I wouldn't be in the area to pick up my medication. The male accused me of over dosing, asked me inappropriate questions that has nothing to do with him. He rearranged my medication prescription to suit him when I'm the one living in chronic pain daily, he is not my doctor. I had to cancel seeing my 4 kids and 9 grandchildren for mothers day. If I had my regular prescription I could of seen my family for mothers day and a break for 2 or 3 weeks from daily isolation of 7 years. The Toombal floods had stopped the toombal doctors from accessing the records the male doing my script ask why I didn't track my doctor down, how rude no doctors were working or able to get into the flood zone at the time of when I needed my prescription. I've had to deal with very rude people answering the phone, NOT in a friendly professional manner or tone of voice. I had nothing but problems from day one at this chemist, waiting for my prescription medication because of their fax or staff don't know where it is or look. I will never ever come back to this chemist to be treated nasty on the phone or be disrespected by the male doing my prescription accusing me of not tracking my doctor down and going to over dose even though I've been on my medication 7 years. Shame on him for interference on organising my medication when he's not a doctor and contacting my doctor to arrange a plan for me to pick up my medication fort nightly, when I've always picked up my scripts for 7 years. Now he's stopped the plan himself and said it's the doctors fault, when he's the one who contacted my doctor in the firsts place and without getting his facts right and the unfriendly phone service.

I was recently served by Joye when I went in to refill a script for anxiety medication. Joye noticed I'd increased my dosage and pulled me aside to reassure me there was no shame in taking medication and she was happy that I was doing what was best for me. When there is still so much stigma around taking medication for our mental health, I cannot express my appreciation enough that Joye would take the time to say this to me and make it such a positive experience, it absolutely made my week. I have no doubt that she is equally as compassionate and caring with all of her other customers. What an absolute sweetheart.

I have lived in the area for years and always have a pleasant experience in store. Unfortunately today it was quite the opposite.. about to leave the shop and pay for my mothers medication I handed cash to the young clerk behind the counter.. moments after that I realised I was short and needed only 50cents from the car.. she hesitated and told me with a rude attitude that I have 4 minutes otherwise they will shut.. then after being made sprint out into the carpark I returned with the 50 cents, then was accused of stealing the money that I originally handed to her at the beginning of this miserable exchange of subtle rudeness from somebody who chooses to work with people.. after explaining that I was sure I did not take the money back and also offering to empty my pockets and even retrace my steps back to the car to see if I dropped it, she then said I only have two minutes to now go back to the car. I asked if she would count the till and she almost said no until she realised it was the end of the day and had to count it anyway.. After realising the money was in the cash register she was very apologetic but I honestly never want to be served by her again.

On Saturday, I brought in a script to be filled for a regular medicine of mine (have gotten it there before!), only to be shocked at the counter at the price I was asked to pay it for.1. I brought up the publicly available prices at CWH and showed them that they were charging me a whopping $60 MORE than what CWH was charging. I was not asking for a price match, I am normally happy to support smaller businesses, but that is a large difference in price that is hard to justify.2. It was a script for 2 boxes of my usual medicine. I estimate that they've essentially bumped up the price of this particular generic drug by $30/box RELATIVE to their own prices last month. I get that inflation is hitting everyone, but this is as least a 40% increase in 1 month.I told the pharmacy assistant my concerns (politely) and she brought it to the attention of the pharmacist, who at no point made any contact with me directly. The pharmacy assistant came back and said we've gone with a new generic brand so that's why it costs more".The pharmacist didn't have the professionalism to explain to me that the cost of my regular medicine has been increased by 40%. Even the supermarkets have an explainer when the prices of essentials suddenly spike in costs
