Picked up a used motorcycle on wednesday. The whole process from first enquiry to test ride and finally collection couldn't have been easier. knowlegeable and friendly salesmen. Kian clinched the deal and even helped me load my bike into my trailer !would highly recommend.

From the minute we walked into BMW we felt very looked after. We dealt with Jordan who was absolutely amazing and very professional. He listened to what we wanted and showed us the cars that would suit us. He explained everything to us in a way that wasn't overwhelming and answered all of our questions. We bought an X1 and from the moment we signed the contract till we received the car, a few months later, Jordan kept in contact and kept us updated. We even received messages after we took the car home to make sure everything was going well and to answer any questions we may have. Between Jordan and Stacey, we couldn't have asked for more excellent customer service.

We had an excellent experience at BMW from the moment we made contact to end of sale experience, we met with Stacey and Paul who were extremely professional.Paul Clarke took us through our various buying options and eventual test drive, of the 420i, he had excellent knowledge of the car and took his time answering all of our questions, we did not feel pressurised at all throughout the experience. Despite turning up in running gear and not looking our best we were made to feel special, the experience was fun and light hearted, we were offered refreshments throughout. All in all a fantastic experience from all the BMW team and we are now true members of the BMW family.

Found a bike on Bikesales, sent an email query, day later we are dealing with Kian in used bike sales. Over a couple of emails we established a trade in value and set a time to inspect a used bike. Shout out to Kian, he made the deal real easy, good communication and no stress.

I’ve had several BMW’s over the last 10 years. Never posted a review before however I honestly think the service gets better & better each year! Everyone is friendly, warm & professional and can never do enough for you. In particular, Tam in the service department takes customer service to a whole new level! It always a pleasure taking my car in for a service because it is first class treatment from the time you enter the premises, til the time you leave.
