Prompt, friendly, professional service! I live in WA & recently bought a car from Jacinta. Such brilliant service. Not pushy, just helpful & honest. She has gone the extra mile for me on many occasions to make this happen. Highly recommend a visit to Lismore Toyota!

Initial contact was great, we ordered our vehicle in February and were told delivery would probably be May. Mid May I rang to enquire and was told June or July, I rang end of June and was told August.My disappointment was not the delay in delivery of our vehicle as this was out of their control, it's disappointing that I had had to make contact on each occasion.Our son ordered the same vehicle from another dealership and they have kept him informed, he received a parcel recently from the dealership containing a Toyota overnight bag for his understanding and patience throughout the process.

I was very disappointed I went to service my vehicle and my engine oil was very black. I found out that they didn't remove the old engine oil and clean it a bit. They were just pour the new engine oil with the old one.

Excellent service from the spare parts team at Lismore Toyota. The spare parts staff are so friendly and helpful, even when we are only buying a small number of parts for old Toyota's! They treat you the same as if you have purchased a new car from them. Most impressive. Thank you Luke for your outstanding service!

Extremely professional dealership when it comes to servicing vehicles. They always meet their timeframes. The waiting area is very nice with coffees and tv, magazines. Staff are friendly. And they will drop you off and pick you up. Only opportunity for improvement is that i have left messages in the past to be called back and nobody has. Thanks.

On three consecutive services I asked for the front drivers side brakes to be given extra attention as they were very noisy (grinding). To no avail, only temporarily remedying the problem by machining the discs at an extra cost. Out of utter frustration and a complete lack of hope I decided to have a look myself with little to no experience within 5 minutes of having the brake caliper off realise that the brake pads were down to metal. Hence the noisy grinding sound and rough disc's. Mind you brake pad wear is one of the checks stated in the service manual on the previous services let alone paying extra attention to the brakes. Fortunatley Toyota make reliable cars because clearly their service department is lacking here. I Replaced the pads and the brakes been good ever since. If I was just after an oil and filter change I would just do it myself. The question I pose to Lismore Toyota service department is What is it that you are actually paying for?""

They are still sorting out the office after the floods. But it is looking good & will have a lovely comfortable waiting area with cuppa making facilities. Amy Green is always extremely helpful, is always smiling and happy.

We actually just called in as our LandCruiser was stuck in 4WD and we didn't know how to fix that. A lovely young employee told us to wait inside where we had coffee and biscuits and used the facilities and our car was sorted for us, no charge. Made our day. I wish them all many sales out of their beautiful showroom.
