IMO Car Wash
Good car wash close to the airport. You can wash a medium size car by yourself for around $12. The machine is taking credit cards so you don't need cash. There are also a few vacuum cleaners for $2 each but one of them was broken, yet still took my cash! Also only 2 out of 3 bays are operating.

IMO Car Wash
I have a small Toyota and I have been washing my car for years cost between $7.5 & $10 per wash.They charge you $15 from your card and $5 to start and will deduct by $1 time goes by.This time cost me $15.50 but the tapping card meter shows $10.50 included $0.5 card fees. Probably they will not refund my money even if I spend less.I would say this is really expensive and the payment system is definitely disadvantage to user.

IMO Car Wash
The staff did not check the size of my car and the automatic washing machine scratched the mirror of my car. I was told that they are not resposible for any damage. The staff showed my the condition which is writen with tiny letters. They never mention and never warn the customer. It actually could be avoid, I could fold the mirror if they told me the risk.

IMO Car Wash
It is located on the side of the inner lane. They have a large dedicated plot. The washing itself takes only about 10-12 minutes. The friendly staff who guided me through the process and explained the different wash options available. They also informed me that I could download the app for further discounts, which was a nice touch.

IMO Car Wash
Paid to vacuum car only to find out there was no suction at all. One of the employees told me he would give me a free go on another vacuum only to find out they were all broken. He said he would go and check the the systems, proceeded to never come back, when I went over to the office and asked what was going on I was told nothing was being done and that it was bad luck for me and the other cars that had all paid. Knowing that their vacuums weren’t working, they then did nothing about it and didn’t put any signs up to stop others from losing their money….

IMO Car Wash
They get three stars from me because it’s a quick and dirty car wash that gets you out of trouble. However, they’ve got so much more potential. They can be such a great business and I reckon they could triple their turnover if they only hired people who actually cared and had pride in their work. Rather than be on a mobile phone talking whilst serving customers take notice IMO franchise.

Great options for car wash and reasonable prices. We paid $15 for the self-wash car bay, it’s fun and a bit of a work out! Machine wash options start at $10 and hand wash starts at $25. Lines can be long but moves pretty quick.

Be careful how many times you tap your credit card. The machine often doesn’t work and u will still be tapping. Then realise the machine has charged you a lot of money.

No cash payment system. Slugged 10% card fee. No signage anywhere ?! This is a breach of consumer law. No response via email or phone ( (don't answer). Reported to fair trading. You've been warned.
