My family and friends suggested me this restaurant and to be honest the food was EXTREMELY delicious, and the service was very nice. The timing was perfect, and the food was still fresh and hot. The food was good quality and the experience here was amazing.

The service standard here has really dropped here.The last 3 experiences we had here were very poor, and even worse, it felt like the care factor on the issues we experienced appeared to be zero.Had a reservation a few months ago for 4 of us. We sat at our table for about 20 minutes with not even water offered to us or anyone coming to take an order. We ended up just leaving and going elsewhere.The most recent experience tonight -An unreasonably long wait for food, and when it did come, mistake was made in the order, drinks we requested TWICE never came. The worst part I think was that while the food did taste ok, it came out so late and further more came out one dish at a time so slowly that by the time the bread came out the curries weren't even nice and hot anymore.We politely mentioned our recent negative experiences, but we really didn't feel much care. After multiple negative experiences of late we won't be going back.

Just had a lovely dinner here. The garlic and cheese naan is very very tasty and the vegetable korma is really creamy and scrumptious. I've had a really delightful dinner today and I am looking forward to come here very often.

Last Sunday I went to Jai ho and waited their for more then a hour, but they were not able to deliver the food. Today I took take away of Malai Kofta.. I ended up throwing it. The gravy was tomato gravy and dumplings was simple bolied potatoes with no salt... no malai in gravy and kofta. No taste.

Took over 1 hour to deliver main course, those ordering takeaways were traipsing all over the dining hall getting angry and making noise about their long wait times.We ordered butter chicken but got tikka masala delivered to our table twice. Not a comfortable atmosphere and not a good enough explanation as to how everything is so messed up with orders and wait times.

I went to this restaurant for a friend's birthday celebrations. Reservations booked a few days before, but whoever took the booking neglected to write it down; hence, we weren't expected .The restaurant was fairly busy, so we had to wait until tables were arranged for us(11 persons) upstairs . This was away from the kitchen and dining action. ( As other reviewers have stated, upstairs of this restaurant is not really suited for a dining experience.. could do with a makeover).The young waiters and waitresses were polite and helpful, maybe abit inexperienced. The food was OK ; we shared various dishes, meat curries and Daal Tadka and Daal Makhani, rice and naan breads, and a delicious Masala Kulcha. I enjoyed the Daal dishes.But the crux of the matter was the WAITING TIME FOR OUR MAIN COURSES ,which was close to one hour. Then,at the end of the meal,by way of an apology, we were offered a free yoghurt dip...but this was meant to be served with one of the curries !!!!!.Previous reviewers have given this restaurant One Star,,I'm being generous with my Three Star rating...COME ON GUYS, UP YOUR GAME or lose Customers.

Last night my family and I went to this restaurant and it was one of the best Indian restaurant I have went to. The butter chicken and lamb cutlet is rich and delicious. I would always love to come here and eat dinner with my family and friends.

Ordered takeaway for 4 people - not an extensive order - on a Monday night. They say it will be ready in 45 minutes (already a long wait - compared to other local take aways 10-30 mins) but still not ready over an hour later. This has happened previously with having to wait an extra 20-30 minutes after the time they say it will be ready. This is a terrible customer experience - be honest and say when food will actually be ready instead of wasting people’s time. This is a shame as food is generally good quality.

We order takeaway from Jai Ho Indian once every fortnight and I look forward to it every time. The food is delicious - great flavors, spice and texture. I would highly recommend for both meat and veggie curries, rice and naan. Best takeaway in Turramurra.
