Wonderfully helpful and kind. We needed a portable mobility scooter for my father in law for our holiday. We enjoyed the scooter and he got to see some of the beautiful Coffs coast.

Would be helpful if the staff understood that not all disabilities are visible. Was told under no circumstances would they sell us a knee scooter for our daughter As she is a child and the product would be too big for her. Salesperson questioned who recommended the product for our child as they are wrong. Lovely dark haired lady mouthed the word sorry’ to my daughter as we left. Left the store and went to the another company who were amazing in the way they listened and accommodated my daughter. Ordered on the spot from them. Aidacare missed out on this $500 sale and any other sales that we would have made. Please look into training for your staff members. Compassion and the rereading the disability act might help.

I purchased a Pride mobility scooter and I could not recommend Adia care Coffs Harbour more highly they were exceptionally helpful in every way possible. If you are looking for and mobility device or care products I would recommend Adia care to be your first port of call.

Tried to return a broken kettle,and was treated disgracefully.I noticed 3 kettles broken in the same placeIn the store.I was told to find the product maker anddeal with them.I was returning the item for an 86 year old.Appalling.

Just wanted to purchase/order a knee scooter for my daughter was told wouldn’t be any good, won’t work, too big ect felt like We were being hunted out of the store easily fixed drove around to Willaid order placed on the spot

Wouldn't go back there now!!! Far from impressed!!
