From start to finish Johl was great in sorting out my new car purchase. I had some concerns with previous workers there and information they had told me however I can tell johl is very experienced and an expert in what he does. Fixed my concerns and he gives info and advice you can trust. I’m Happy to refer all my family & friends to ask for him.

Nick was very helpful and patient in answering all the questions I had regarding the new purchase.I had to wait a little while through no fault of Suttons, it seems to be the way it is at the moment in the new car industry. Nick kept in contact and kept me informed with the status of the order.I'm comfortable recommending Nick. If you're after a sales consultant that isn't pushy and takes the time to explain any questions you may have go have a chat to him.

The only dealership who made sure they could fit me in and understood the urgency of the issue I was having with my Ford Ranger, even the dealer I originally purchased the vehicle from did not help.The communication from the staff ( Erik in particular) was nothing short of perfect ! IEven the General manager was amazing- its no wonder the staff have such great work ethic. I was supplied a vehicle which allowed me to continue to run my business whilst my ranger was being repaired.I'm extremely grateful to the team at suttons Chullora. This dealership should train the other ford dealerships how to treat a customer. after sales Is much more important then the sale itself .Anyhow , thanks again ford service team at chullora.

Absolutely over the moon with my new Ranger! The manager Johl was fantastic throughout the whole process making sure he kept me updated on the progress of my car after I’d placed the order.Definitely recommend to anyone in the market!

Went looking for a car and meet a very helpful salesperson named Johl. His customer service was exceptional and he was very patient as I looked at a number of vehicles. Sadly subsequent life events prevented me from purchasing a vehicle but Johl will be the salesperson I seek out when I am able to do so.

Went to compare models and had Nick introduced himself. From the moment I started talking he made me feel comfortable and being a mechanic he was honest about questions he couldn't answer. I knew from that moment he was the person to buy from. I can not praise him enough for his service and honesty. If you want a ranger he is your guy. Not to mention just how comfortable he makes you feel. He now has a family for life that will continue to buy from him.

Having placed a order on a new ranger 8 months ago I couldn't be happier with the service I have received from Johl & his team, they kept me up to date with all the progress & even after picking it up have received amazing aftersales customer service. My father just recently bought a car from johl and his team. He was very polite and honest such a pleasure to deal with will 100% be recommending him to our friends and family.

After having issues with Apple car play my partner was spoken to extremely rudely after just purchasing a brand new car during what should have been an exciting time for us. To add insult to injury after leaving her honest review about what was said to her she then got a phone call that same morning not to apologise but to swear and be even more aggressive to her again to the point she had to terminate the call. I was at work and had to take a call from my partner while she was in tears. Never would have expected that buying my partner her push present would end up with her not being happy but instead extremely upset by the way the one staff member here treated her.

I put down deposit back in Feb 2022 and was told the Raptor should be here around January 2023 , my order constantly gets pushed back and now told I won’t get it until 2024 . I understand there are delays in automotive market however there is a lot of shifty business behind the scenes at this dealership that’s why some of the managers left the business . If you know people at this dealership you will get pushed in line (probably one of my allocation) , if you want to get treated fairly then to go a better run business like Peter Warren (and no I don’t work for Peter Warren ) . Just read all the reviews and you will see I’m not the only person getting done here. People I know have ordered their Raptor a long time AFTER me and have received their car already . If management is reading this review you can look up my name and order number . I know after writing this review they will probably cancel my order but I don’t care anymore . I just want to warn other people to think twice before ordering cars from this dealership. This dealership is about who you know , so go to a more reputable dealership.
