Total 4x4

I ordered a bullbar through these people on 28/6/21 and paid a $980 deposit. At the time I was advised a lead time of 8 weeks. After almost 15 weeks, many many calls I had to make to them and finally jumping up & down on the 7/10/21 when they said my bar was not available yet again, I finally had my bullbat fitted. Not once did these people contact me to advise me the status of my order despite it being almost 7 weeks overdue . They even lied to me about contacting me on the 7th about fitment. I originally used this business some 30 years ago but I will never ever use or recommend them to anyone again. They have no customer service, are surly when challenged and offered not even an apology for the hassles and delay on my $3k purchase. Absolutely appalled by how I was treated.To be called a liar by a sales person finished me off.

Delt with Brendon sorting out a lift kit for my Navara.Great communication and was quick to fix a few issues for me. Would highly recommend coming here for after market products. Knows his stuff.

Thankyou Total 4x4. After being messed around by another business, Total 4x4 in Bayswater came to the rescue and was able to source and fit a Safari snorkel to our Isuzu MU-X within 12 hours. I had procrastinated the purchase of an Xrox Bar for my 4WD for about 18 months, but eventually came back to Total 4x4 as their price was unbeatable (During my research).They provided me with all the relevant details and kept me informed of everything from the time of inquiry up until when I received my product.The shipping of the product was extremely fast, with the bar being paid for and received in a 2 week turnaround.I cannot fault the team at all, having installed my new bar over the Easter weekend and already clocked up excess of 600kms (Highway/Town/Dirt Road).Thanks again guys!

Really happy with the product max gen 11 bull bar. But the workmanship that was done fitting it was very poor. The guard was hanging off, the paint was damaged, I am still waiting for their paint specialist to contact me and the wiring was untidy. Not happy at all.

Ordered parts for a vehicle roadworthy and required copy of invoice to get through inspection. Nothing was too much trouble and the parts arrived well before when expected from interstate. Thank you, great customer service.

Bought a side awning for the new 4x4 and looked everywhere to try have it installed. After hours of mucking around I found these guys in google and BOOM..... I was there within 10 mins and the guys fitted me in knowing I was desperate. Nothing was too much trouble, needless to say I will be booking in a new front bullbar in the near future with these guys. Thanks guys you gave me good old fashion customer service
