Very disappointing customer experience. No care or interest from management in reviewing prices that kept going up, even after the job was completed; their own staff thought there was a mistake because of how high the invoice was for a simple adjustment... Was warned by others, but didn’t listen and used anyway. Your experience may differ (and hopefully it does), but I won’t be going back. Workmanship was fine.

Lovely to deal with. Beautiful workmanship and when two boisterous puppies bumped the fly wire off its track they called by the next day to pop it back for me. That was 18 months after it had been installed.

Dropped in to enquire about a old style shower screen handle,the guy in the workshop was great trying his best to look around for an old one,there not used much as frameless is common & has a different handle setup,he found a black handle saved from an old job a bit knocked around so he put me on to the owner to check how much they wanted for it,the owner asked me heaps of questions dodging the main question ...how much?...then he said there hard to get,I wanted white,he said rudely blacks better,not seen my bathroom I'm not sure how he came up with that conclusion....then he says $35... I said on ebay there only $18,he said I have to pay delivery....it was left over from an old job...the workshop had all ready told me that....I walked out...so much for trying to shop locally, clearly he wanted beer money...G. James in Kunda Park has new white handles for $8 each,they were great answered my emails straight away,quoted a price & even had them on the front desk waiting for me ...Watch out for Noosa glass he dreams up prices, he's rude & try's to steer you where he thinks is best in stead of listening to the customer, I'll never go back there.

Extremely disappointed experience. Please be aware that this business is charging approx. $180/hr x two persons. Yes, that’s correct, $360/hr to conduct work. The most annoying part about this is they are not upfront with this charge out rate. I thought I was supporting a local business but will never engage this supplier again. Workmanship average at best!
