The worst customer service. The staff is so rude. They don’t take their time to listen to the customers. The gesture the lady showed me was so rude. I could see she was racist towards me. I don’t recommend.

HiI have an appointment for Passport Application on 17-12-2022 on 11:30am at Dandenong Plaza Post Office Shop, 118 23-55 Mccrae Street Dandenong VIC 3175. When reached to counter, the Chinese Guy (Australia Post Employee) was very rude to me and said to me that I don’t have your appointment, come on Monday. I didn’t entertain you today because I am busy.Is this the way Australia post entertained the customer?Its very very regretful that Australia post wasted time.The staff can easily dodged the customer someone not speaking English very well. Very disgusting behaviour.

The staff here have been helpful and friendly However I have noticed a certain lady in her late 60s who serves customers in the far corner who keeps chatting away non stop to her favorite customers and seems to forget there are orther customers waiting to be served .This lady has been working there for awhile and I wouldn't be surprised this review will change any of her customer service skills. Next time you you want to have a conversation with one of your friends think of orther customers waiting in line .

Looking over the past reviews, perhaps there has been a major staff changeover recently. As a customer of the last few months, all the staff have been friendly, helpful and genuinely nice.The counter staff have always greeted me with a smile and I have had no issues with any transactions. One time, I turned up at closing time just as the roller door was going down and the lady at the door still let me lodge my prepaid parcel with a receipt and gave it to the postie as he was still collecting the mail out the back.No issues with Australia Post at the plaza :D

I went there to return a parcel. The service was really impressive. The lady who took my parcel was really helpful. She helped me to pack and assisted during return post. A rare unexpected pleasant gesture, really made my day. Thank you very much!

The customer service worst than worse they just waste time and don’t know any thing , staff just bring stupid reason I went there to apply for submit passport form they said they can’t because the document isn’t completed while I went another location post office with the same document they submitted. I won’t recommended .

I want return my items . One of lady staff told me to print the lable outside the store . Wich is unfair waite for too long on que at the end just for $1 send me out for printing .

Nice post office with better customer service compared to the others in surrounding suburbs, though sometimes it depends on which staff you meet on the day, based on my own experience. The last time I went there I heard the young lady (staff) was a bit impatient with an elderly who was about to lodge a form at the counter, that's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
