Place starting to look tired, gold class seats need updating, gold class food requires gold bars to pay for it and are tiny serves, very expensive and not really good food. But the service was great and everything came as we requested.

Great cinema experience here. We watched Mario bros in 4DX. The chairs moved were extremely comfortable spurts of air whoosh past your ears. Sensational.

Great space for a movie. We went to the 4d cinema. Seating are desiving for the Avatar movie. 9 and 10 are on the side. If I was to go again, would get 6 to 8 midway up.Staff were extremely helpful. Both with fixing our mistake and suggestions on how to save money at the snack bar. medium drink on its own is $8, with popcorn $12.Recommend village membership, it's free, save 20% on tickets, earn points towards snacks.Park in side Street high rise. Free parking after hours, otherwise 4hrs. As far as we can see open 24hrs though no sign says closing time.

I went to see spider man: into the spider verse on 2/6/2023. I lost my gold class tickets and the worker ‘Will’ was extremely accomodating and patient. He made sure we were able to enter the theatre without an issue, even though it was my bad. Good job Will! :)

This movie cinema provides an average food experience, with reasonably priced options. However, the Gold class offering turned out to be a disappointing purchase. The toilets in that area barely worked and resembled airplane lavatories. There was a constant inconvenience of accidentally hitting the blow dryer while walking past the small corridor leading to the toilets, which were also poorly maintained and had non-functional taps. Furthermore, a cranberry juice filled mostly with ice cost a staggering seven dollars. Considering these drawbacks, I cannot recommend the Gold class experience at this cinema. On the bright side, the normal tickets offered a better overall experience at a more affordable price. The regular ticket holders had access to cleaner toilets and reasonably priced concessions, making them a preferable choice. If you're planning to visit this cinema, it's better to opt for the standard tickets instead of the underwhelming Gold class.

My friend and I had a pleasant experience here watching the Super Mario Bros. Movie (great movie by the way). They have comfy seats, quality visuals and audio, and nice staff. There are also large movie-themed cutouts that you can take photos with, which is lots of fun!

Great Service and friendly Staff. The venue is well kept and clean. Went to watch a movie in 4DX. Amazing experience and can highly recommend to anyone who wants an interactive experience. As this is the only Cinema offering this it was definitely worth the 100 km drive.Well done guys for such a wonderful experience. We definitely will be back again.

I went to a movie recently, it was screen 5. The seats are pretty bad and very old. It's highly recommended to change them as soon as possible. It's hard to make sudden changes but it's necessary for some seats over there. And introduce new Atmos sound too. I like 4DX here than DBox in Hoyts. But we need others screens to be improved too. We are hoping we can see those changes soon.
