Awesome,I have been to Spas all over the world and had no idea what to expect.I had two treatments at Omsari and on both occasions the masseuse was very responsive to the amount of pressure that I like. There was a feeling that no-one was in a rush and the movements were very carefully done. I felt that the commitment to customer service was outstanding and the treatment overall was excellent value. I would recommend Omsari to anyone.

Beware. This business took $330 from my bank account without my consent. They asked for a $50 deposit when we booked, but they never took the deposit. This was a lie they told to secure my card details.Apparently they care more about taking your money, than they do about relaxation or customer satisfaction. We were both booked in for a treatment at 12pm, on the 28th of November. Due to road works and the spa having an incorrect address on google (Griffith Street on their website, Marine Parade when you look them up), we were running late. Initially when we called they said it was okay and to get here when you can". However once we parked around the corner at 12.10 and couldn't find the spa we tried calling twice (15 minutes apart) they did not call us back until 12.30pm. Upon arrival we were told that our treatment would be cut by half an hour

Highly recommended! I treated myself to a spa pedicure whilst holidaying to recover from major surgery. Daniella took extra care to make sure I was comfortable, and the pedicure was absolutely wonderful!

A friend and I booked in for triple bliss package. I picked the massage, Moroccan oil foot and scalp treat and manicure. When we showed up we were told to pick from the quick drying nail polishes only, of which there were about 6 colours - first sign we should have left. Therapist did not ask if there were any problem areas for the massage. Therapist left the room to allow me to get unchanged and did not return for 10 minutes to then start the massage and leave after 20 mins for no apparent reason. Massage was too soft and I had asked for more pressure only to have the therapist use more knuckle. She then left again 20 mins later to get water to wipe the massage oil off. The morrocan oil scalp and foot ‘treat’ was a strange and seemingly useless process where oil was rubbed (note: not massaged) on my feet and hair, then wiped off my feet - not such a treat. Therapist left the room multiple times and returned with water only 3 of those. The manicure was performed while I was lying on the table and in very dim light. Cuticles were not tended to and the paint job was not just bad, it was shocking. Brush marks were evident, paint did not go down to the bottom of my nail, and was uneven. I paid the $185 and left the salon. When I saw the paint job in natural light, I went back and spoke with a female at the front desk who swore black and blue that the paint job was fine, then proceeded to ask if I was a therapist myself (perhaps hinting at my suitability to be questioning the ‘treatment’). I asked for a partial refund to which she scoffed: “oh no we don’t do refunds”. I continued to advise how unhappy I was with the treatment overall and mentioned the number of times that the therapist left the room to be told by the woman that they have to leave a number of times to get water. This I understand however the number of times I was left on the table for no apparent reason was unacceptable. The woman then advised that I had been gone for over half an hour so she didn’t know what I had done to the paint job, after previously saying that the paint job was fine.The woman offered for me to go back and have the work fixed - I declined as I live at the other end of the coast and would prefer to never step foot in there again. I left with a $20something voucher which I will never use, and a box of wax melts - I was getting nowhere and the therapist had left for the day, it was that or nothing. My feedback to Omsari spa is to have front desk staff attend an emotional intelligence workshop and get some customer service & objection/complaint handling skills other than attempting to belittle paying customers/being defensive and petty in online responses. Take the criticism on the chin and do what YOU can do to be better. Your improvement will speak volumes louder than any review. Prices are exorbitant for products used and treatment provided. Would not recommend.

Booked a package that cost $189. This included a massage, facial and manicure. While the person that took care of me on the day was lovely and very polite the cost of the package far exceeds the treatment you receive or the quality of the products used. The massage was great! The facial (that was recommended by them) left my skin dry in spots and even more oily in my T zone. The manicure was done on the massage table with just the room light on. It seemed to me she did not know how to shape the nails on top of that my cuticles were not cut back they were just pushed back and the nail polish job was terrible, which i didnt see until i reached my car. Not only that it started to peel 4 hours later? My friend who came with me and got the same package (similiar treatments) had the same issue with her manicure that was even more poorly done. For the price you pay i would have expect top notch treatment with better products used. I would not recommend this place or at least wouldnt recommend the treatments i picked.

Loved my massage & facial at Omsari Spa yesterday! Such a beautiful Spa & lovely, friendly service. I will definitely be a regular client! Very reasonable price for the uplifting experience.

Had an incredible remedial massage from Kate. She could really feel the tension in my body and even worked the muscles up the sides of my neck, which no one has done before. She gave me great tips afterwards for daily things I could be doing to relieve tension. Great experience.

My partner and I both went in for 1 hour massages. We had Kate and Daniella. My partner is 28 weeks pregnant and Kate was absolutely amazing with her touch and knew how to use the right pressure and firmness with the pregnancy. I saw Daniella and she was just incredible. I have had a lot of massages in my time however that was one of the best I have had. Her hand work was just amazing. We will def be back when we are next here on holiday. Thank you ladies so very much!

Very relaxing massage. I had the combo massage; the masseuse was thorough within the session, firm but careful. Definitely would go back again!
