Rang to inquire about cleaning of linen chairs. The representative was pushy and screamed 'you will regret it - go ahead and get a cheaper price elsewhere'. needless to say I did not engage them. Glad I trusted my instincts on this one.

Absolutely wonderful! Richard at Squeeky Clean really went over and above to help me out when I managed to flood my bathroom and my hallway. He never gave me the 'salesman' talk or tried to push me into spending money, he just gave me his honest advice over the phone - which worked a dream! Richard saved me a heap of money with just a phone call. A company that is willing to sacrifice a sale/job in order to best help a person in need will get my loyalty any day. Highly recommend The Squeeky Clean Team, you really helped me out and I know exactly where to go for any future carpet disasters (though hopefully not for a long time!!!). Thank you very much.

After changing my appointment time twice on the morning of, the cleaner did not arrive to complete the job. After calling the office & advising of this, I was promised a call back & never even got that.Not impressed with customer service & will not be using them in future.

Rechard and team just a life saver, We had a very good experience with Richard’s water damage repair services. He answered the call promptly and gave us very good advice on how to take care of the carpet until he arrived. He arrived promptly and immediately analysed the issue very well and installed the necessary equipment. Above all, his very friendly nature is remarkable. If you want someone who wants to help you with water damage to your carpet and you don’t want to pay an arm and a leg - call Richard!I recommend Richard’s water damage repair service for all.

A very average job was done. On a arrival small fellow added $120 for additional stains removal then agreed to do it for half price cash in hand ... invoice figures however were all wrong or about $60 short from total...Light stains in heavy traffic areas were not treated. Carpet looks almost the same as they did before being cleaned. If you are in need of exceptional and honest clean in timely manner look elsewhereit seems as though carpets where just steamed with scented water ,not sure what cleaning products were used

I called asking for a quote about cleaning a small area of water affected carpet and the employee was kind enough to explain how I could go about repairing the area by myself seeing as the cost of them doing the job for me was out of my price range.

Very highly recommended. We were in a crisis situation and rang a few places, but as soon as we got through to these guys we were sold. Professional with a kind manner. Didn't try to oversell their services either. Just what was required to get a quality job done.
