Teach your check out operators to pack bags. It is not good to fill the bag to the top and make it too heavy to lift.

Why is it that every time I come into this Woolworths and walk out without buying anything I get made to show the worker in the self serve checkouts my bags? This honestly makes me feel as though the workers see me as nothing but a thief. It is always the same grumpy dark haired 50+ year old woman pulling me up and asking to check my bag. I went in this afternoon while at Westfield and she pulled me up as I was walking out of the store and asked to check my bag.I opened my bag and said why is it that you guys always pull me up and ask to look in my bag and she said something along the lines of they have to check.I am a cashier at Coles and have been for close to 5 years now and have never stolen anything in my life. I know that supermarket workers are not forced to check your bags and usually only check your bags if you look suspicious or they see you stealing so her having to check is a lie and quite frankly I see this as a form of discrimination against me.Apart from that the rest of the staff are polite enough and the store is fine.

No staff at checkouts forcing people with trolly full of stuff into self serve , been like this for months now. Ill just park other end and goto coles

Huge, clean store. Woolworths is located on the southern end of the centre

No checkout staff at busy times, huge lines and whilst waiting 10 mins for the fast checkout the staff keep going to serve walk up cigarette customers who haven’t waited at all.

Staff in the deli showed no interest in serving, their attitude was disgraceful, young lady wirh glasses serving me couldn't fulfill my order and man kept rolling his eyes at customers orders. Spoke to manager on duty and her care factor was minimal ashame that Woolworths employees treat customers like this. Had ro go to another store and get my order fulfilled. Staff members do want to be at work, dont show up.

I went near closing time to pick up a few things.Good stock considering the time of year.Could be better priced

As a larger store, there is a lot more variety of gluten free food to select from, which is great.

When 2 staff stand in the express checkout and ignore customers to have a chat. Love that for me! So God dam rude and when you say something they just stand there lost. Woolworths has turned horrible. No staff morale anymore. What a shame. Coles it is from now on
