If it is for your big event such as wedding, there are more professional businesses out there, but Princess flower was extremly busy with local customers, did not care every events like other professional businesses do, did not deliever things as promised, the owner lady is hard to get through, they were late, and missed many things and not easy to deal with. If its birthday or small event, not to bad, but for a life time event, they are not professional enough to be responsible of big size events.

Princess Flowers has done it again! I booked them two years ago for my wedding and was so pleased with their customer service and work! They made my special day that much more beautiful! Recently I had a special ceremony to put on and decorate with my church for young girls choosing to stay pure before marriage, and I knew exactly who to contact for help! Even though I reached out to them last minute, they were more than willing to do all that they could to assist me and again make a special day that much more beautiful!
