I usually see Dr Quek who is an amazing and caring doctor and takes his time to talk and find out what the issue is. Unfortunately I could not get in to see him today and the doctor that I had the telephone appointment with spoke to me for about 2 mins, seemed uncaring and unhelpful. Definitely was not happy in the service that I received today and ended up making another appointment to chat with Dr Quek in a couple of days time. I guess that’s why some doctors are easier to get in than others, the caring ones are booked up.

Thankyou to the lovely RN Lucy that came to the rescue after my daughter almost fainted after having her covid vaccine today. Can't thank you and the quick thinking reception staff for all the help. Highly recommended the practice..great Dr's and care given.

Sliding entrance door NEEDS to be installed, for mums & prams, elderly & disabled & children. Too heavy & awkward. Get up with times.Surgery has gone down hill.Receptionists are great. Drs are average quality, . Drs never stay long enough to build trust & a bond. Need more female & male drs who will stay permanently.Could do with interior update, paint, remove the signs & junk all over the walls. Give it some class, with softer seats to accomodate pain.Dr Quek, moody & arrogant. Needs to have more compassion.

Rudest receptionists In any medical practice in northern suburbs. They let the whole place down. Which ever ladies worked on Wednesday 28th September between the hours of 12-5 you are so rude you should be fired. Do not recommend which is a let down for all the lovely doctors.

If I could give this place less then 1 star I would! Avoid at all costs if you have more than 1 medical problem wrong with you! I had 3 drs from this clinic tell me that I'm too complicated for them to treat! Saw dr for script asked 4 times they still mucked it up . Have to tell dr how to do job then get banned and told not welcome back due to my behaviour when the truth is I'm too complicated for them to just to write out a script when my specialists treat me!2 to 4 week wait in-between appointments is a joke when they have so many drs there!

All I can say is that I’m mad at this clinic because they gave me the same attitude when I called up springbank medical centre

Dr Wakefield is a fantastic doctor. She really listens to her patients, genuinely cares about them and is very empathetic.She is one Dr who really knows what she's doing.The girls in admin are great. They really go out of their way to be helpful and are a quite cheery bunch.

I had been a patient at this centre for more than 15 years, recently the availability of appointments has blown out to more than a 2 week wait. The receptionist I spoke to late last year was beyond rude and should be sacked.

I’d like to make a suggestion. When people call to book appointments let patients know that you no longer have a supply of masks to provide. This will prevent the elderly and vulnerable who are forgetful and unprepared from feeling embarrassed and having to navigate to the chemist around the corner and be forced to purchase one.Better yet, keep a supply for the elderly, vulnerable or regular customers. I totally get it for new people, or young people who are fit and able, but I think your rules and practices for those struggling with life is both harsh and unforgiving st best. Reminding people when they call to book an appointment will remove any doubt and save the elderly and vulnerable unnecessary anxiety and stress.

Fantastic experience. Appointment was ready before I had a chance to fill out the paperwork. Dr Patrick Connolly was thorough with his examination, indicated the most likely diagnosis and confirmed with further tests to ensure correct treatment.Practice includes a lab which took my blood samples immediately after Doctor's consultation.The receptionists were very helpful organising further appointment dates for other X rays and tests.
