Skinsense Laser & Dermal Clinic

I go here and the girls are great. Only complaint from me is when I get laser treatment for pigmentation or rosacea they are too gentle and it's barely making a difference. I'm 55 with tough skin. I can handle and need them to go to higher level for me otherwise I'm just wasting money .

After moving to Traralgon a couple of years ago I was recommended to see the girls at Skinsense I haven't been anywhere else since. All the girls are highly knowledgeable and very helpful with all my concerns. They have created a beautiful space.

I had a skin consultation here a few months ago and it was a wonderful experience. During the appointment, I learned so much about my skin and what I needed to do to look after it. Teena was amazing and answered questions that I didn't even know I had.

Wow, absolutely loved my first visit to Skinsense. Not only was the place styled to feel relaxing and calming, the facial I had was affordable, and so indulgent and relaxing. Brodie had so much knowledge and helped answer some skin concerns. Also great music! Will be back!

I recently had laser tattoo removal at Skinsense. Dermal clinician Teena was absolutely fantastic. She took her time, thoroughly explained the procedure and gave me lots of opportunities to ask questions. Her follow up care was also great. She was highly knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

I booked in for a henna eyebrow wax. Paid $40. Wasn’t exactly how I wanted them shaped but thought they’d be ok. Got up the next morning and still had to re shape my eyebrows with a pencil. Went back for another try 3 days later. Same girl did the process. I drew exactly the shape I wanted on my eyebrows so she could see what I wanted. She did the process. During this she asked did I want them thicker? I drew exactly what I wanted! At the end she said that the henna hadn’t stuck real well to my skin as there was no hair there, due to the waxing done at the prior appointment. She decided to put a colour over the henna to make it last a bit longer that she wouldn’t charge me for as I wasn’t having the wax part done this time. She was certainly right, the henna hadn’t worked at all. I had see through colour on my eyebrows that was a different colour to my eyebrows. And still the shape wasn’t right even after I’d drawn them for her. Got charged another $40. I was embarrassed and my family and co workers laughed. I googled how to remove colour and henna and immediately set to work removing the whole lot!! DO NOT GET EYEBROWS DONE HERE! Waste of my time and money.

I recently had a large tattoo removed from my forearm by the lovely teena, who is lovely professional and very warm and supportive as I was extremely nervous. All the staff are lovely and helpful . If you want to see an absolutely beautifully styled shop and meet lovely and helpful ladies this is definitely the place for you.

Went for a skin consult due to dry and dull skin. I haven’t had a full skincare routine before so Brodie went through the products I would need for day and night. I have been consistent with my skincare routine for 4 months and have noticed how much more hydrated and plumper my skin is. I have now started to new treatments to work on pigmentation. Love the professional and comprehensive service as well as the warm welcome every time!!

Beautiful salon and atmosphere. I just had the buccal sculptural massage and it was AMAZING!!
